Tax Preparation

We make the tax preparation process easy for you. Make an appointment to come into our office with your documents or upload them to our secure server right on our website. We can prepare your tax return in person or virtually by phone, email, or zoom. We prepare individual, business, partnership, and corporate (C & S-Corp) tax returns.



Payroll

We offer payroll services for your business. We can assist with your current payroll system to make sure it’s done right or we can take on all aspects of payroll to give you more time to spend on your business. We can file your quarterly federal payroll tax return (Form 941) and your annual federal unemployment tax return (Form 940). Additionally, we can file W-2, W-3, and 1099-NEC forms.



Bookkeeping

We offer full bookkeeping services. Chart of Accounts setup, Day-to-Day Transactions, Invoice & Bill Entry, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Statements and more. We offer training in setting up your books and categorizing transactions. Additionally, we can close your books at the end of the year and get them ready for tax preparation.

Business Formation

We can form your business entity on your behalf or consult on the best type of business structure. Business entities include Doing Business As (DBA), Partnerships, LLCs, S-Corp, and C-Corp. Additionally, we advice on the reporting requirements and tax obligations for each type of entity.

Our tax preparers are registered in the State of California with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC). Additionally, our prepares participate in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP). The AFSP allows us to communicate with the IRS on your behalf for tax returns we have prepared for you. Lastly, we are a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor. This designation means we are trained in Quickbooks and can do your bookkeeping from our own log in. No need to share your username and password.
